Last September, we announced the launch of Pallatroni & Robichaud, PC’s (P&R) new identity. After the first tax season since re-branding, new accounts have already increased five percent. P&R is a certified public accounting firm that specializes in small businesses and individuals. Amy Pallatroni and Christine Robichaud established the firm in 2005, replacing a practice that had been in business for over 25 years. Dottie Dagnall, who had been with the previous firm for 17 years and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor® and full-charge bookkeeper, continued working with the new partners. In 2006, Amy and Christine approached us about developing a professional identity that would distinguish their firm and help them build brand recognition. By retaining core elements of their interim identity, we created a look and feel that reflected the quality of their services and the firm’s warm, friendly, approachable personality. | |
