Professional Paperhanger Rich E. Daly came to us for help communicating his high-end services to an intellectual target audience, including interior designers, custom builders, and affluent homeowners. His current identity was not reflective of his reputable work, so we designed an identity that was, and incorporated it into an introduction card and matching #10 envelope that could function as an informational mail piece or as an oversized business card. Special attention was paid to selecting a luxurious stock, decorative patterns, and metallic ink that represented the high-end materials Rich uses, such as gold, silk, textiles, and handprints, and to reinforce the quality of his services. As a result of this banding effort, Rich has successfully acquired more business from his target customer base through direct mail and referrals.
